Hello, and welcome to my blog. I guess I should tell you a little about myself and what I will be posting. I go by Magi not my real name. My real name is Margaret but I find its too much of an old lady name. I was born in 1986. I had a very colorful and amusing childhood (at least I think so). That is what the topic of this blog will be stories from my childhood that I remember growing up as a kid in the 90's. When I get my scanner working there will also be some pictures included and when I completely learn the process bits and pieces from home videos. Which I promise you are highly amusing. Some things you have to remember about the stories I will tell are that as a lot of children do I had 2 households as my parents divorced when I was very young. So there were 2 different sets of rules and different things I could get away with at each home. My mother was highly over protective but at times it seemed she turned a blind eye to some things which didn't make a lot of sense and cared too much about certain things that were just insane to be protective over. My father was a Hell of a lot more laxed. I have a sister named Mary who was born in 1989 and a half sister (from my father) who I am 12 years older than (so she won't be in very many stories) but her name is Elizabeth. But as you can imagine there was a lot of sibling rivalry between my sister Mary and I given the fact we are close in age. Mary was more of a mama's girl where I was more of a daddy' s girl. Anyway I'm rambling now BUT the stories shall start tomorrow. So I hope you enjoy them when I start writing them out!
